ORBEA GAIN D30I ELECTRIC ROAD BIKE

The Orbea Gain D30i Electric Road Bike makes assisted road riding a reality for those looking for a performance package, and includes Shimano's latest electronic groupset; 105 Di2. Controllable via the Mahle iWoc ONE remote, the Mahle X35 Plus motor is contained within the rear hub, helping you cruise up any hill and providing assistance up to a maximum speed of 15.5mph / 25kph, with the Mahle 248Wh battery bringing a good range. The geometry focuses on comfort, and the carbon fork damps vibration to reduce fatigue on long rides. 

Shimano 105 is a groupset that is popular with a range of riders, from beginners to the more serious, and the incorporation of wireless technology makes shifting fast and precise, at a light touch of the lever. A good gear range is delivered from the 2x12-speed configuration, while hydraulic disc brakes make for easy stopping in all conditions. Wide, 30c Hutchinson Fusion 5 Performance tyres fitted on strong alloy wheels create grip with low rolling resistance, alongside excellent puncture protection. The Fizik saddle is comfortable, as is the Orbea own-brand cockpit, and a seatpost mounted rear light and front light improve visibility to other road users.
