Workshop Technician Full Time, 

Thame Thame Cycles is an established cycle shop in Thame, Oxfordshire, situated on an industrial estate, just off the Phoenix Trail.  We sell a broad range of bikes, parts & accessories from all cycling disciplines and have a thriving workshop offering all services from small repairs through to major rebuilds. 

Due to current successes and the expansion of our store and workshop, we are looking to recruit a full time Workshop Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in cycle maintenance, preferably with a Cytech qualification. 

You will be technically focused and able to work accurately, with good attention to detail, ensuring our customers receive the best possible service and feel completely happy when they collect their bikes. 

In addition to this, candidates would be required to effectively manage both the workshop and your own working time, accurately maintain documentation and customer records, encourage customer interaction and support the rest of the team, including sharing knowledge and learning from others. 

You will be required to provide retail support to customers as and when required and cover other members of the team if necessary. 

You will have the ability to learn new skills and work under pressure using your own initiative. The successful candidate will be friendly, professional, have great customer facing skills and love cycling. 

Your attention to detail and focus on customer satisfaction will ensure success.
